What is outlined in this article is the historic situation since the division of India and Pakistan. Water, not oil is the next oil resource. China is also intends completing its four lane highway across Tibet into Pakistan as a short trade route to the Arabian Gulf.. It will be an excellent opportunity for Pakistan commerce as well if Mullahstans in the Northeast Territories want to bring sharia into the 21st century. The old tribal nepotism and xenophobia will create a dust bowl of the Punjab if Pakistan continues to be squeezed between India and China under the new order.
