Imprisoned Cunningham outlines depths of corruption to FBI

In two days of prison interviews with federal agents this year, disgraced former Rep. Interesting, well written story reporting on results of Cunningham's interrogation. It is very light on reaction from those he implicates.

It is good journalism because it doesn't express opinions; but delivers facts. The only reason I graded it down on "big picture" is it is probably the tip of the ice-berg and would take a series of articles to get to the real dept of corruption in congress. If that sounds cynical, I am not cynical. I make a distinction between cynical and skeptical. Cynical says "all politicians are crooked"; skeptical says "when a major project gets funding from congress that has no real use, then the appearance of corruption is all we have." I am sure if opponents of congressmen who are opposed to projects they get funding for had any good evidence that there was a pay-off they would have brought it out by the time the project got going.
