A plebian account of UN Secretary General Ban's plans to visit Capitol Hill and White House leaders to discuss Iraq. After noting that it " s not my place to inject myself into this discussion taking place between the American people, government and Congress," Ban proceeds to do just that, urging U.S. policy-makers to exercise "great caution" in considering any rapid withdrawal of U.S. military forces from Iraq.
