The White House has refused to give Congress documents about the death of former NFL player Pat Tillman, with White House counsel Fred F. Fielding saying that certain papers relating to discussion of the friendly-fire shooting "implicate Executive Branch confidentiality interests." Full Story »

There was not enough information in this article to show the true gravity of this situation. Once again the White House is violating the Constitution by not passing on to Congress the correct information they require. This shows a total disregard for the laws of the land. Mr. Bush is NOT the king of our country. And if he and his cohorts studied the Constitution, which was written carefully to avoid such situations, there would be no further breaches of the law. Presuming, of course, that the copy they read is the same as that which was written by the Founding Fathers! It makes one wonder. I would also have liked to have read some feelings for the family of Pat Tillman, who must be suffering enormously at the lies which have surrounded his unfortunate demise. I would encourage both Reps. Waxman and Davis, together with the news media to read the Constitution and start to show the how frightening the White House has become. to begin
