Another disturbing story about the administration’s tight secrecy. Refusing with the justification, "that certain papers relating to discussion of the friendly-fire shooting 'implicate Executive Branch confidentiality interests,'" is Bush and Cheney's way of saying they cannot be wrong, have never made a mistake, and are not responsible for anything bad.
