Mostly good reporting, quotes are cited to actual people rather than "senior sources". I wish the author had gotten into the math to show how the numbers were manipulated to show the different view points.

Rather mediocre piece of "he said" "she said" with no actual investigation of what the numbers really are. Includes a veneer of balance by interviewing a couple leftists, but has a definite smell of rightist bias, presuming most Americans pay so much in taxes that they only begin to make money about this time this year. Overlooks two glaring truths, private equity of the rich is only taxed at about 15% (and that's where the real money is that the dems want to tax more of) and the cost of the war which is running at 10 billion a month. I'm assuming CNS means "conservative news service." Site misleadingly gives no indication of this bias.

Lacks any numbers or data whatsoever that might allow readers to evaluate the claims presented. Reads like it was cobbled together from competing press releases.
