It is as the title promises, an excellent guide to Democrat's plans to end the war. Too bad this congress doesn't have the votes to completely halt Iraq as did the congress which cut off funds for Vietnam, thus ending that conflict.

I like the style of this piece, providing a guide format makes navigating this legislation easier. That said, I think the context provided needs some work. What we are likely to see is a partial pullback of American troops to bases outside Iraq, strengthening of bases inside Iraq, and continued U.S. bombing campaigns and perhaps intermittent "anti-terrorist" strikes, something like what Israel ... One wonders: Are there any Democrats with a plan to win the war? If their intent is to act to make sure that we lose the war, to the great gain of our enemies, foreign and domestic, is that not grounds for charges of Treason?
