Foreign Trade Demands A Level Playing Field
The bipartisan Border Tax Equity Act (H.R. 2600) has just been introduced by Congressmen Bill Pascrell (D-NJ), Duncan Hunter (R-CA), Mike Michaud (D-ME), and Walter Jones (R-NC).
