Disaboom: Social Networking for the Disabled

For years I've been wishing for a good online community website for people with disabilities and caretakers of people with disabilities. I've seen some good niche email lists and message boards but nothing like an "iVillage" or a "WebMD" for people with disabilities. Disaboom appears like it just might be BETTER than what I've been looking for. I'm impressed. Full Story »

If for no other reason, this is quality journalism because it brings attention and awareness to the disabled community. It gives that community an insight to the availability of something they may have been missing. I would recommend the article to any of my friends with disabilities who might be looking for a way to connect with other who share their lifestyle.
