This article is not just simply flying over the prospects of negotiations and reconciliations between various parties in Afghanistan. It goes the extra-miles by comparing how future initiatives can be framed through an adequate analysis of a transitional process that should take into account 1) the setting of a system that promotes conditions for genuine rule of law, security and safety; 2) how to connect incentives (political and economic) to guarantee credibility and accountability.
