this is a stunning article. Both in terms of analysis and relevance about mindsets and value systems. The author debunk with solid arguments how the systemic lack of accountability systems coupled with blurry leadership lines have clearly impacted the quality of outcomes/results to steer good governance, the respect for the rule of law and the implementation of clear partnerships between government and civil society. A must read.
