A brief overview of the party affiliations in the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court of Review which will examine the constitionality of warrantless wiretapping. Party affiliations of judges, which are overwhelmingly Republican, are expected to play a significant part in deciding the case. The story is very clear and refrains from taking sides, merely stating facts instead.
