This is a well-researched, informative look into one particular area (ambassadorships) where Bush has been particularly inclined to prioritizing "loyal Bushies" (a phrase that comes from the Justice department regarding the Attorney firing). What the piece fails to do is show why this is important. Have Bush Ambassadors performed more poorly than those of his predecessors?
