Rehash of the Abu Graib scandal from 3 years ago which adds nothing new to this shameful story. It happened, it should not have happened, and only some of the guilty have been punished. The lieutenant or captain in charge of the Abu Graib nightshift has never been named or charged with dereliction of duty. Hersh makes no mention of this issue.
