Highly informative and detailed piece on sugar that most scientists say is harmful for our health except the sugar industry and their hired people. Really a good piece, which have many references and links, and the storywriters interviewed many experts/relevant people to write the story though they themselves are highly credible persons to write the piece as Gary Taubes is the author of a 2011 best-seller Why We Get Fat, and who has written for Discover, Science, and the New York Times Magazine. He is currently writing a book about sugar also. The second author is Cristin Kearns Couzens who took a two-year break from her career in dental health administration to pursue independent research on the sugar industry.
