The WSJ is so biased to report for rich right repugnantcons, that it is usually not worth picking up the rag. This story too spins to the right before it disappears down into the sewer of pseudo sophistication.

It hit various points of the Equal Pay Act from the Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. case. From Ledbetter realizing her low pay, Obama's involvement and the court's reasoning for not ruling in her favor. It also highlight the importance of filinf a report within a 180 day period so it did make me wonder why Ledbetter didn't act immediately on her claims and waited until she retire and the supervisor involved was dead.
