Good commentary by David Horsey on the first presidential debate that criticises Mitt Romney's debt problemshooting. The commentrator perhaps said that 'he has no real clue how to fix a budget', and he rightly said so. Trillions in debt can't be liquidated by unfunding the petty things that are important public programmes.
