The most telling moment was when Ryan asked why you are uniquely qualified to be vice president. Ryan blurted- because I am truthful - Obviously his self perception is much overblown. Then he swallowed his tongue, realizing he had let it be implied that he was an extreme egotist, and tried to cover his ground.
