This story could be developed into a profile by interviewing someone who is an activist for voter registration among minority groups or among poorer citizens. This person would need to oppose stricter voter identification guidelines. The story written about the person that is being profiled could reveal who chooses to vote and why, in addition to sharing who is/ isn't eligible to vote. Supporting interviews could perhaps come from people the "activist subject" has gotten to register. However, the story may then become slightly biased. In order to make the profile story more objective, supporting interviews could come from sources who support stricter voter identification laws.
