According to this author, the responsibility of the health of our children lies with both institutions and society. As a whole our society does hold education as a high priority in the mental health and growth of our children and their futures. One of the major issues on the topic of education is money. Providing education for all of our youth is not cheap but the current budget cuts makes it difficult to provide the necessary accommodations for a solid education.
