Of course Americans must vote for Obama. Are you familiar with Swift’s ‘Modest Proposal’. However voting for Obama will not be enough. They must also give him a majority in the senate and congress. Then they must put Hillary into the White house for 8 years. Obama by himself can not do the job. He has succeeded magnificently in pulling the American economy out of a steep dive and has even gained some altitude back but the old reptile will just keep on trying to frustrate anything he does, even if it is exactly what they have already proposed. Even with a democratic majority in both houses, many of the members of these august bodies are just as on the take as the Republicans. I’m not a great fan of the former governor of Alaska but she did say one very sensible thing. She said how come many senators and congressmen come into office as people of modest means and leave rich. Good question.
