America must vote for Romney. Obama succeeded in reversing the steep decline of the American economy and it is now on the way up again. If you vote for Obama, the American economy will recover and with it the economy of China which depends on the American consumerism. All this will lead to a vast increase in our use of energy and even a recovery of coal use which is under huge pressure from a temporary (decade or two) glut of natural gas. Natural gas produces far less carbon per kWh produced. If you have been following the fate of the Arctic Ice Cap since Aug 6, you have seen that we have finally reached the first of the long awaited tipping points. It is too late to stop this but if we elect Romney and trash the American economy, and along with it, the economy of China, we may be able to reverse our carbon output and save the world from a terrible fate. It is likely, despite having reached the first tipping point, the climate will flicker back and forth for a while. Even at this late hour we may be able to reverse the trend. What a Faustian bargain. Come on America, Vote Romney, sacrifice your own interests to the good of the planet.
