An highly informative report by Sanjay Bhatt, Seattle Times staff reporter, based on a study that said though Seattle is among the top cities in America where companies like Microsoft and Amazon.com bring in skilled foreign workers under the H-1B visa program, but the area doesn't receive anywhere near its share of the money generated by H-1B visa fees.
