Current U.S. Drought Covers Widest Area Since 1956

The nation's widest drought in decades is spreading, with more than half of the continental United States now in some stage of drought and most of the rest enduring abnormally dry conditions.

Good reporting on the drought, but scarcely a word about the root cause: human generated greenhouse gasses.

With the climate change, and more moisture in the atmosphere, here in Washington State we are getting much more rain and clouds and winter snow than past usual years.
