The hyperbole in this post is exceeded only by its failure to report accurately on Mr. von Spakovsky. The article cites the liberal Campaign Legal Center as one of its "sources." The excessive rhetoric from this outfit has been so out of line with reality that Bob Bauer, the Counsel to the Democratic Senatorial and Congressional Campaign Committees, has called their criticism of von Spakovsky's FEC record "an argument boiling over with personal contempt and so short on reasoned argument."
