The logic of a decision is only preposterous to Gerson if he disagrees with it. What about the absurdity of declaring corporations have the rights of people and of declaring money is free speech and cannot be limited in the public interest? Just partisan crying here. Does not even mention the ulterior motive widely alleged for the decision.
