The article has almost all the facts correct, and they are informational. However, Annenberg did not have the guts to call it an out and out lie, a lie Romney has tried to make big by saying it often. If the big lie technique is not called out, and just wrist-slapped as an exaggeration, then the fact checking lacks cajones. Or is biased.
