A selected anecdotal body for the screed from the super rich to try to overturn any regulation via the false argument that it hurts "society." The small banks are being driven out to business by the oligopoly of "too big to fail" banks with officers in the presidents cabinet and free money handouts from the fed. To blame puny regulations for small bank failures is a misleading argument intended for low information readers.
