A detailed and comprehensible report about foreclosures and how borrowers can be divided into three main groups by their lenders. The question addressed is: How many borrowers can be helped by president Obama's program?

The article seems to provide a useful introduction to the problem of how to prevent foreclosures and how to help borrowers. One would like to get political measures which prove to be fair to all types of borrowers concerned.
