An opinion piece I could write about would be the dangers of sports and how the competitive nature of them, is what pushes athletes to put their lives at risks. I could also write an article addressing whether not just cheer leading sport regulations are fair and safe but also other sports as well. For instance, I know that horse racing is another example of a sport where both the jockey and the horse are pushed to extreme limits just to win and that recently there has been some controversy over that. All in all it looks like I could write an op-ed on how sports have evolved, and whether if that is for the better or for the worst.
