i hope ted turner's name will have some impact on the presentation of this opinion. oil producers have consistently manipulated congress and the public with false information to continue their massive revenues, and the futures market has continued in that vein to maintain the quickest, least expensive route to increasing profits, without regard to any other factors for the quality of lives of this nation and our future
