The video is long and could use some editing. The general diagnosis of the enormous problems that confront us today is, i believe, accurate. However, i don't find the speaker offering constructive solutions.

I am finding some "contrived balance" in the video that contradicts Lessig's claim of what needs to be done. First, he states that he was once a believer in Reagan's policies and without refuting any of the policies the former president espoused, he goes on to tell us we should all "keep our principles" and find common ground.
