An example of bad journalism splashed on the front page of the Times. A puff piece for fracking that will lead to destruction of water tables, noxious atmospheric releases, and releases of methane and carbon dioxide that threaten to kill life as we know it on the planet. The prime emphasis on energy independence could have been composed directly by the Koch brothers or their brothers of greed in the gas and oil industry.
