I found this story very useful and timely. There is a general tone of eating healthier in the United States right now and eating more fish, specifically salmon is on the top of the list of diet changes for most people because the amount of vitamin e it contains. This article also puts pressure on the Canadian Government by letting the general public become aware of the fact that they had the knowledge about these viruses in the fish. The disease reached U.S. water also and it gives American scientists an opportunity to find scientists in Canada that may have researched this a decade ago.
