Trying to hairsplit when a law is breached Always leaves forgive-able circustances. Disreputable intentions, after fair warnings if there is doubt, should be ruled in the grey area - law or no law.
We need a registry of anonymity with which to purchase, assert, and ascent to truth. Any other avatar is just hearsay. Search-able by judicial decree, this would protect privacy on the web and off, in the marketplace and out in the real world. A registered face-mask allows a muslim woman to shop, the president to mix, like any other human; - 'tis a human need.

This article addresses an issue of very high news value; all of the restrictions currently emerging concerning online piracy could affect us all very directly and drastically. Basically, if these new acts pass, then basically any lying online could be considered a crime, and you’d actually have to read those ‘Terms and Conditions’ boxes we automatically check and agree with, although we never read them. The primary news value of this story is the timeliness of the reporting. The topic of security, vs freedom on the internet has been of great debate in the past few months. The intent is worldwide platform where changes and restrictions such as these can affect people all around the world. With the recent Protect IP Act (PIPA) and the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) being argued in the House and the Senate online user freedom has been a hot button issue.
