In Westport, Mass., about 60 miles southwest of Boston, traffic crawls along Route 6 as drivers make their way to the nearby Atlantic beaches like Horseneck or Baker's. Yes, the recession is going to end - the day that the government's willing to admit just how bad it is. That's when the "recession" will end... and the depression will begin.
