Republicans for Dirtier Air and Fewer Jobs

House Republicans have scheduled a vote Friday to cripple the Clean Air Act. Their bill would allow more pollution of our air and change the way the Clean Air Act has been implemented over the past 40 years. The author's anger with the corruption and stupidity leads him to be a bit vitriolic at the end, but a good exposition of the science and politics of pollution.
