A very good story with solid grounding. I only wish that it had offered more support for the contention that Republicans participated in creating the subprime mortgage crisis--this is possibly the most divisive issue in national politics today, with Republicans INSISTING that Democrats are solely responsible for our economic woes. Leading with this example would have increased the impact of the author's argument.
