This article speaks more to the general idea: Australia is reforming immigration policy. It doesn't say much more, and there are not many specifics on what the new policy is.

I think that this is good journalism. My issue with this is that it expresses what Australia is doing, but it fails to completely describe what the former government had done and how it affected the people statistically. Other than that it is good journalism.

I think that this is in fact a good article because it shows how Australia is actually functioning in that part of the world, and it makes them look very racist in a way as far as them not being fair to immigrants due to the low education level.
