The author seems to have given this a good deal of thought, balanced his views and made a rather convoluted situation understandable.

This is such an important story that I wish it had been presented more clearly. I wish I had enough evidence to form a more definite opinion. This leaves me with concerns that the judiciary is trying to stifle statements critical of the judiciary, but I'm not sure.
