Dahr Jamail looks in some depth at murder as a rule of engagement in Iraq, and the selective punishment of low level soldiers while de facto immunity is given to the top of the chain. The pattern expands to the financial crisis where all are not treated equally.

Over a million dead in Iraq, and a policy of not counting dead. Our military has run amok.
