As far as their main contention goes, I'd have to agree. Emanuel has failed to advance Obama's agenda. He has incurred the wrath of liberals who see him as far to willing to give in to big business interests. His abrasive style has annoyed many more than just Mrs. Palin. And his frequent pronouncements are often at odds with those of his boss. Clearly, the White House chief of staff is not on board with the president's agenda. It's hardly surprising the results have not been better if he's supposed to be advancing something he doesn't believe in or fully support. He's probably predicted the demise of various parts of healthcare reform more often than anybody except Glenn Beck.
