This is a well done and informative article. After reading this story, my concern is the irrational response to the trial in New York and those who are trying to go back to former President Bush's ideas. Wake up America we must listen to all and think broadly.

We need to see more of this. Work in Congress is halted, now with these ill-informed actions Justice too is falling into a dark hole created by outrageous fear mongering. Of course Holder has not held to the promises Obama made to us, but in this case he seems to be upholding the Constitution. This article gives us a look at just how serious a problem we are in here. History has shown us where demagogy and ignorance of democratic values leads, we do NOT want to go there.
