Study: There Is No Shortage of U.S. Engineers

A Duke University study looks at the supply of engineers and the large number of technical visas being used to get offshore technical workers to take jobs in the US or offshore technology jobs to China, India, and elsewhere. The results tend to counter the claims of Microsoft.
