It provides research and context about a hot-button issue, which helps the reader gain an in-depth understanding of the issue.

A very good breakdown of the "pay for value" health care that the Obama Administration is pushing for, and that the Mayo Clinic practices. Dispels opposition ideas that care would be "rationed." Also presents the difficulties with pursuing this kind of reform.
