EPA in 1987 found fracking fouled well water in W.Va

A 1987 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finding, which the agency has ignored for years, concluded that hydraulic fracturing of a deep natural gas well in Jackson County, W.Va., contaminated groundwater and private wells.

Good reporting that punctures a hole in the standard lie from the fracking gas drilling companies.

And note, that when drilling/processing sites are included in the analysis, the total greenhouse gases including methane make natural gas dirtier than oil with regard to climate change and ocean acidification.
