If this op-ed is supposed to assuage my outrage, it ain’t even in the same solar system. Well constructed, well written article that makes some good points. Except. Except there is a monster MAYBE in the article’s good points–that is, too much “wait, hope, and see”–as well as a “dicey” future completely dependent on events which may or may not happen–or even be allowed to happen.

No matter how much “kiss-it-and-make-it-better” salve the author salvers over yet another Democratic cave-in, we still end up having those who can ill afford it making all the sacrifices, while greedy corporations and too-rich B******ds continue business as usual. Strike up one for the Koch Brothers’ “grassroots” {snicker} Teabaggers.
