Important issue, but this story has some deficiencies. Needs better sourcing and attribution, especially in the first page. I trust GlobalPost not to publish rumor and nonsense, but I still want to know where this information came from. I also would have liked to see more explanation about the physics behind how the dam is expected to flood the area.
