This article is an article about another article. Irrespective of the fact that the article, somewhat delivers on the headline - it is the equivalent of a book report with collaboration. Someone already did the actual story elsewhere and this is a cliff-notes version of an element of the Times story. Sorry - not buying it as journalism - cocktail party talk, certainly, - journalism, not.
