This writeup of a startup company presents their big idea quite clearly. Joost's PR people did a good job getting the story placed in the NYT. The reporter did not, I believe, do a similarly good job in getting behind the story. For example, it is not clear whether the agencies or clients actually paid anything for the upcoming trials. This could be all hype. Oh, yeah, and clicking a hyperlink in a video to get another web page isn't exactly radical innovation.

Internet TV enables a whole new dimension to displaying ads and having product placements. This is one of first articles that is able to specify how the ad-supported, free TV on the Internet might be seen by a viewer.
